How To Make Rawon , East Java Traditional Food



Who are those who are not familiar with Indonesian cuisine called rawon? , Everyone would know. SOTO cuisine is similar to that encountered in many towns in eastern Java.
Here I will present recipes and how presentation:


The ingredients are not hard to find and easy to practice:
Rawon Ingredients:

     300 grams of lean beef rather
     100 grams short sprouts, washed
     2 bay leaves
     4 sheets of orange leaves
     1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
     2 cm galangal / laos, crushed
     Salt and pepper to taste
     6 cups water

Spices that are:

     4 red onions
     2 cloves of garlic
     4 items hazelnut
     3 pieces of beef stew, take it
     2 pieces of red chilli

How to Make rawon:

     Iris small boxes of beef.
     Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil, sauté the crushed spices until fragrant with lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves and lime leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
     Then, in a pot that has been filled with 6 cups of water, put chunks of beef and spices are mashed, boiled until cooked and tender beef. When the water dries, add more to taste.
     Serve with bean sprouts sprinkled on top and decorate with short orange leaves.

Served rawon specials / is enough for 3-4 people, good luck.
