How To Make Bakwan , Indonesian Snack


Jakarta - Rebon tiny, savory with a distinctive aroma makes sense bakwan this vegetable is very tasty and crunchy. Vary the vegetables according to taste and the content of fried bakwan shortly be eaten in order bakwan feel crunchy and crisp. Serve with mayonnaise or bottled chili sauce


ingredients:

1 leek, thinly sliced

1 tbsp small shrimp, soak warm water until soft, drain

5 pieces of green beans, thinly sliced

75 g sweet corn kernels

50 g bean sprouts

cooking oil

Flour dough, mix together:

100 g flour

2 tbsp rice flour

1 egg, beaten

1 clove garlic, grated

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt



How to make:

Mix all the vegetables into one.

Stir the vegetables with flour dough.

1 tbsp fried each full (round with a spoon while eating) batter into hot oil and lots of it to dry and overcooked.

Remove and drain.

Serve warm.

For 10 pieces
