Indonesian Food Eggplant Meat

Ingredients:
500 grams of eggplant Japanese
  layers:
1 tablespoon butter
20 grams onion, chopped
200 grams of minced beef
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
5 fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 can Nestlé BEAR BRAND
  topping:
3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons Nestle cornflakes, finely crushed
1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves

How to prepare:

1. Thin slices of eggplant crosswise. Soak water spiked with a little salt.

3. Enter the beef, stirring until it changes color.
4. Enter the other ingredients. Stir until blended.
5. Cook until slightly dry. Lift.
6. Grease a heat-resistant container with oil.
7. Arrange the eggplant slices in the bottom of the container.
8. Give the meat batter. Stack the slices of eggplant.
9. Cover again with meat and eggplant.
10. Sprinkle with topping ingredients.
11. Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
12. Remove and serve warm.


Tips:
- Use a light purple eggplant. If there can be used Japanese eggplant dark purple color with a small but forms a softer texture.
