How To Make Soto Tangkar Indonesian Traditional Food

Ingredients:
2 liters of water
500 gram rib
250 grams brisket
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
Half coconut, toasted and crushed
1 eye tamarind
8 pieces belimbinh starfruit, split into 2 parts

Spices that are:
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin
8 items hazelnut
3 pieces of red chilli
8 pieces of red onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 vertebra turmeric finger
1 vertebra ginger
1 vertebra galangal
1 teaspoon brown sugar
  salt to taste

How to prepare:

1. Boil ribs and brisket until tender.
2. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
3. Enter the bay leaves and lemon grass and stir well. Pour into stew ribs.
4. Enter toasted coconut, star fruit and tamarind.
5. Cook until done and sauce thickens.
6. Remove and serve warm.
