Soto Banjar , Indonesian Traditional Soup

Ingredients:
1 ½ liters of water
½ chickens, cut into 4 parts
1 cm ginger, crushed
2 cm cinnamon
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Seasoning mashed:
5 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 eggs hazelnut
¼ teaspoon pepper grains
1 teaspoon salt
2 pieces MAGGI Chicken Broth Block Sense

  complement:
4 pieces of rice cake, cut into pieces
50 grams glass noodles, poptong-cut, brewed with hot water
2 boiled chicken eggs, peel, split-split
2 tablespoons chili pepper stew

  topping:
2 tablespoons thinly sliced ​​green onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons fried shallots
1 tablespoon garlic fries

How to prepare:

1. Boil water, put the chicken pieces.
2. Reduce heat, and cook until broth shrinkage.
3. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
4. Add ginger and cinnamon, stirring until wilted. Lift.
5. Put it in the broth, boil and boil until chicken is tender.
6. Remove the chicken, drain chicken. Finely shredded meat. Set aside.
7. Presentation: Place the diamond in a serving bowl.
8. Give glass noodles, chicken, eggs and cakes.
9. Pour the hot sauce. Give topping ingredients and serve immediately.


Tips:
- Use a fat young chicken in order to get that tasty tasty broth.
